Luggage limits depend on your group size and vehicle. As a guide, hand luggage is always fine. For larger loads or specific requirements, let us know via the form or give us a quick call.
Your driver will meet you at the pickup location you provided during booking. If you’re unsure, feel free to call our office on 01843 227757 and we’ll confirm the details.
If you can’t locate your driver, please call the number given in your confirmation. If it’s after 5pm, you can also reach us on 07973 133 448 for urgent assistance.
Yes. If your group has grown or shrunk, contact us as soon as possible. Call 01843 227757 or reply to your booking confirmation email and we’ll check availability for a more suitable vehicle.
